WDX - Rebranding & conference identity for a Sydney-based tech meetup
This project was created at Raw Studio. In this project, I had the opportunity to work on both the rebranding process and in developing the visual identity for its 2023 conference.
Sydney Designers Meetup has been around for a while now, and have received much love from the design community around Sydney. However, it was time for the brand to evolve into something bigger and more inclusive of other cities and regions. This project was done in-house, and I collaborated with other designers in the team to come up with a new name, visual identity, which then evolved into the 2023 conference.

Apart from doing competitor analysis, the whole team pitched in to a naming workshop for the brand refresh. After a few rounds of brainstorming, ‘WDX’ was selected - ‘Web & Digital Experience’ - describing our niche of the web and digital design.
